What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Marketing Manager:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement customer enrollment strategies
• Create and optimize engaging marketing campaigns targeting potential customers through residential outreach initiatives
• Assist in delivering compelling sales presentations that drive customer acquisition on behalf of our clients
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and data-driven insights to enhance strategy
• Work cross-functionally with sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enrollment to post-purchase support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer enrollment strategies

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Passion for marketing and customer engagement, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
