Customer Wireless Representative

Day-to-Day Duties:
Greet customers in retail locations and provide expert knowledge on AT&T wireless plans and devices
Educate customers on the value of switching or upgrading with AT&T
Assist with plan activations, device setup, and service enrollment
Track and report sales results and customer feedback to leadership
Collaborate with teammates to improve results and customer experience

Entry-level – no prior telecom experience needed
